5 wedding flower trends in 2023

While 2023 is around the corner, I’d like to share my prediction for flower trends in the upcoming year. For all lovely brides-to-be, let’s get creative and inspirational!

Make it extra unique

Many brides might feel that they have to do things a certain way, because that’s what you do at weddings! Now there’s nothing wrong with keeping it classic but you can definitely add a little personality by stepping outside the box. Mix in your favorite florals and style to make your wedding unique and memorable for life. Discuss with your florist to bring your dream to reality.

Soft/fun pops of color

While elegant whites and creams make for a classic look, post-pandemic brides and grooms are looking for something a little more. Adding gentle pops of color to your floral arrangement like soft blue, orange, or yellow, is a cool way to create a joyful and cool vibe to celebrate your special day. Don’t be afraid to sneak in a few of your favorite hues.

Vintage hues

If the pops of color isn’t your thing, you could have a thought about vintage hues of lilac and pink alongside nude, caramel, cappuccino, warm toffee and terracotta tones. These are also tones that are set to be seen across weddings in 2023. Yet, this might involve using more premium roses like cappuccino, mocha, toffee, quicksand, and cafe latte.

Smaller bridal bouquet makes a statement

I have nothing against big bouquets. But there is something so chic and stylish about a scaled back bouquet (which is sometimes called a nosegay bouquet in Korea), featuring more delicate blooms and smaller textures. Especially when paired with a clean and architectural style dress, the effect could be stunning.

Statement Details

Whether it’s a far more interesting seating chart than the typical, a breathtaking lighting display, or a wedding cake completely surrounded by flowers, adding in one (or a few!) statement design elements to your overall event design plan is highly in demand.
